How information is being used

• Phone number is used to remind you about upcoming appointments
• Address occasionally may be used to send gift cards, or promotional mail. Call us if you would like to unsubscribe from the promotional mail.
• E-mail will be used to send you newsletters with promotional information. There is "unsubscribe" link in each newsletter.
• Credit card information is used to charge you for the service on the day of the appointment.
